Typical Seo Pricing

how much would a typical real estate website cost? (with database)?

Please, guys who have received quotes or have made websites – give me a price range.

It should have a nice design, about us, contact form, offer of the week, offer of the month on front page. Listings should contain attributes, pictures (with thumbnails), and a mortgage calculator on each page.
Also I should be able to pin the spot on google maps.

How much extra for SEO?

Thanks, I hope to see some price ranges as I have no idea right now.
I’m interested in how much US firms would charge.

You’ll find HUGELY different price ranges all over the web for this kind of work, depending on whether it’s done by an individual freelancer (who would have to have graphic/UX designs, front-end coding and back-end development skills), a team of freelancers, or a web agency. The agency I used to work for would probably charge around £3000 for this – that’s a total rip-off in my opinion. If I were to take a project of that scope on, I’d charge for the amount of time it would take with a daily rate of £60 – £120, estimated at 15 – 20 full days’ work… So minimum £900, max £2400… But freelancers are pretty much always negotiable (ie. haggle the rate down!!!)

But you should also bear in mind that you’ll need a Content Management System (CMS) of which many are free to use, but add to the initial development time.

Hope this helps!
