I just wanna know either SEO ELite 4 is Scam or not?

I have my own website, but the problem is i tried to analyze my website, i really don’t know where to get the SEO software, i guess i want to use great SEO software such as SEO Elite 4, maybe i will spend some money for it..my friend suggest me to use free SEO software such as Firefox SEO plugin, i really don’t know how to get it, and it’s quite expensive( almost 300++ USD) and i don’t know it’s really work or not., anyone know where to buy cheap SEO Software??
